ABOUT
Dr. Elizabeth Rudd, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, is a physical therapist and previous business owner of Well Equipt Physical Therapy, now STAT Wellness. With her doctorate from Columbia University and board certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, she delivers patient-first physical therapy for active adults experiencing pain that impacts life and performance.
Dr. Rudd specializes in individualized care for golfers, gym-goers, and busy professionals—particularly when symptoms are complex or movement patterns have changed. Her coaching style emphasizes education and confidence-building: she helps patients understand the “why” behind their pain and how to restore function through an active approach and progressive strength.
Dr. Rudd is a nativate Atlantan. She graduated from Lovett High School before continuing to Wake Forest University and on to Columbia Univeristy. Her background reflects a long-standing commitment to building a clinic culture centered on high-quality care and results.
As a CSCS and trained provider in dry needling, SFMA, and TPI, Dr. Rudd offers a modern, performance-informed approach that supports both symptom improvement and long term active lifestyle goals.
